While we do offer shorter island tours (such as the Highlights of Tobago Half-Day Tour), this all-day tour is the best way to make the most of your trip and really see what Tobago is about, including just enough history, culture and beach to satisfy everyone’s interests. Be sure to bring your swimsuits and some dry clothes so you can snorkel in some of the island’s breathtaking hidden bays. An authentic Caribbean lunch is included with the tour, an experience in itself. The secluded Pirate’s Bay is located in the cove adjacent to Man ‘o’ War Bay in the small fishing village of Charlotteville. Some historians report that Tobago was a favorite harbor for pirates back in the 17th and 18th centuries, including pirates such as Black Beard and Henry Morgan. Movie lovers will also appreciate that Pirate’s Bay was used extensively throughout the movie “Robinson Crusoe” in 1952. Perhaps what makes Pirate’s Bay extra special is that the beach is only accessible by foot or boat. What this means is that, once you take the 15 minute walk, or are dropped off by a local fisherman, you will very likely be one of the only visitors there for a private beach experience. Visitors to Pirate’s Bay have come back saying such things as, “the snorkeling was overwhelming - we saw squid, turtles and lots of fish and coral,” and “this is paradise.” **Swimming & Snorkeling is included, but optional, of course, based on your preferences.**

The tour is suitable both for beginners and more experienced fishers! We will teach you everything you need to know about deep sea fishing in Tobago. When doing deep sea fishing we fish for dolphinfish, blue marlin, sailfish, albacore tuna, wahoo, barracuda, crevalle jack, bar jack and blue runner. All fishing equipment is provided. We also have the pleasure of offering you snacks and refreshments on board. We take you on half day trips or full day trips.

At the entrance of the forest you will be given a pair of rental boots for the duration of the walk. The Tobago Main Ridge Reserve is the world's oldest protected rainforest recognized by UNESCO. Castara Bay is located off the leeward coast of Tobago and set in the small fishing village of Castara. This small beach is one of the island’s hidden gems. When you are not enjoying the sparkling blue water, you can enjoy the sandy beach shaded by many palm trees and coconut trees, or watch the fishermen preparing the nets to bring in their daily catch. Some visitors have even helped with the nets–an experience in an of itself. Visitors to Castara Bay have fallen in love with it stating things as “tropical small island cove,” and “fell in love with the place [and] will be back.
