Paddle & Hike in Caines Head!  8 hour Paddle & Hike This fantastic World War II defensive structure is located at the top of Caines Head, as part of the Caines Head State Park Recreation area. We paddle out and land at the original Fort McGilvray dock. From there, we begin our Alaskan hike, complete with an exhilarating 650′ of elevation gain in two miles. Atop you find a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Alaska, Harding Gateway, and the Barrier Islands of Resurrection Bay! Bring a headlamp or flashlight to explore Fort McGilvray and have a snack at the gunning embedment before heading back down the trail for a fun kayaking adventure to Millers Landing.

Experience the beauty of Resurrection Bay, its abundant marine life, and beautiful glacial vistas on this Seward kayaking excursion from Lowell Point. On this trip, we paddle the shoreline of Resurrection Bay, where encounters with sea otters, sea birds, bald eagles, and leaping salmon are common. Our day will include a paddle along the coastline and walking through a temperate rain forest. We’ll explore Tonsina Point with its ghost forest, late-season salmon stream, and beautiful mountain views from its beach. Enjoy a picnic lunch and possibly a visit to a waterfall. Participants must be 8 years old and a minimum of 50 lb to participate. Paddlers over 6'4" or 250 lb will not fit in our kayaks.

Enjoy a grand tour of the incredible scenery surrounding Seward, Alaska on this 1-hour helicopter trip. This is the most extensive flight seeing tour that we offer as a standard departure (call our office to customize a longer private tour). This tour really gives you time to see all Alaska has to offer including the possibility to visit Bear Glacier with its giant icebergs floating in the lagoon, the Harding Icefield, wildlife like bears, moose and mountain goats. Our route will change depending on what the weather conditions are that day, we try to accommodate guest preference on what they are looking to see whenever nature allows. This tour starts with a easy guided hike from the Exit Glacier Visitor Center at Exit Glacier in the Kenai Fjords National Park. Once you reach the parking area your guide will provide trekking poles if requested, go over bear safety, and then explore the glacial landscape by doing the nature walk to the overlook. After the nature walk, you'll return back down the same trail. Please note: The walk to the glacier use the undeveloped trail and mobility is required. This Hike is approx. 2 mi.
