Stops are frequent, so we can enjoy the view and take as many photos as you would like. A local oil farmer waits for us along the way, where we will get a degustation of extra virgin olive oil. Later on we provide a light lunch where you can take a short walk through an Istrian village. On our way back we will take a road along the coastline with views of the ocean and seaside cities as well as surrounding countries. we finish off with a glass of local wine back at the office while sharing impressions of the tour.

Your drive continues along Adriatic coastline, with photostop over traditional fishing village and visit of Piran, a spectacularly scenic town on the tip of a the peninsula, where you will enjoy in walking tour and some free time to wander its venetian narrow, atmospheric streets. The Stanjel castle is located on the Karst, meaning it is less than an hour's drive. We will see and take pictures of the Renaissance Baroque castle and the rich Ferrari garden. The guide will tell you how the doctor from Triest Enrico Ferrari fell in love with this place and began restoring it with his friend, famous architect Max Fabiani, in the years 1924 to 1942.
