Kardamyli is nestled between tranquil blue bays, dark cypresses and a sea of olive trees in south Peloponnese. On one side of the horizon is the calm Gulf of Messinia, on the other, the imposing presence of Mt Taygetos. Our SUP trip here is a super fun experience suitable everybody, combining Paddleboarding and swimming along the beautiful cliff-lined coast of the Mani.

The waterfall is fantastic along with its clear and cool water where we get the chance to have a refreshing dip. The place is quiet, away from the masses and full of vegetation.

In the western part of Messinia where the Ionian sea embraces the shore of Peloponnese, we hike the hill of Palaiokastro, the famous beach of Voidokilia and the lagoon of Yalova the southernmost station of migratory birds between Europe and Africa. The area being integrated into the environmental program natura 2000 is the largest wetland in southern Greece and offers shelter to wild migrating birds, which we may have the opportunity to observe. Here lives the endangered African chameleon while numerous birds such as herons, kestrels, aegean seagulls, flamingos, ospreys, royal eagles and other migratory and endemic birds take shelter at this hospitable and safe environment.

Enjoy a unique rafting experience in two of the most beautiful rivers of Greece. River Lousios after running 5 kilometers through its gorge falls into river Alfios. Then the water follows its natural way to the Ionian Sea. According to Greek mythology Alfios flows through the Ionian sea reaching to Sicily. The variations in the scenery, the lush vegetation and the impressive rock formations give us a clear view of the natural environment of the river that can be explored only by rafting descents.

The traditional Greek mum will show you how to make Greek appetizers and food like gemista (stuffed tomatoes and peppers with rice and fresh herbs), or tyropita (cheese pie), beef, lamb or pork cooked in the stone fired oven, along with Greek salad or other seasonal recipes using the freshest of ingredients and of course there are plenty food choices also for vegetarians and vegans. Boat Tour takes about 3 - 3,5 hours. The morning hours are the best for a boat tour, start is about 9:00 a.m.. The pick up point is to the Celadon Center by the main address. You are able to park your car to one of the parkings behind water sports center. By the boat you are going to pass all East leg of Kalamata gulf, making several stops for swimming and chilling. There are small caves and tiny beautiful beaches going to be on the route, which also you are able to explore. Furthermore, there is a stop to a small port into a village Kitries, where you are able to swim or to go out to take a walk, cause it is definitely worth to. After that, the boat is passing the small light house and coming to the point of the open sea, where the water has incredible deep blue colour.
