We offer a variety of massages. There are massages ranging from 25 minutes up to 75 minutes. We offer relaxing massages and deep tissue massages. Relax massage consists of a soft pressure treatment. This type of massage is perfect for the relaxation of the body and mind. Deep Tissue massage consists of a treatment that zeroes in on the muscle, with pressure and rapid change of grip. This type of massage is perfect for people with pain and blockages. But also for people who are looking for a more powerful massage. Hot Stone massage is perfect for the ones who prefer a warm massage. The warmth of the stones creates pleasure for the body and mind. The goal of the Hot Stone massage is to stretch out your muscles and leave you with a relaxed mind.

It will be also a trip in time - I will show you some medical plants and places that have traces of how Sal used to look like. If ocean conditions are favourable, we will also swim in natural swimming pools. Every tour us different and tailored according to the needs of my guests and we stop in every place as long as you wish. So you can leave your watch at the hotel, but please do not forget to bring your swimming suit, sun cream and camera!

Windsurfing is an amazing sport to learn. In your first lesson you will start on the beach with a simulator which shows you how the equipment will react in the water. The instructor will show you the equipment and demonstrate how to get into the correct sailing position, get going, stop & turn. Then it is time to get in the water! Once you get up and going its a great feeling and in your first lesson you should be able to start your turns towards the wind (Tac) We offer private sessions. With Private lessons you can enjoy 1 on 1 instruction and have the equipment to yourself for the full session. As your lessons progress you will learn how to go upwind and downwind, how to turn towards the wind (Tac) and away from the wind (Gybe) Eventually the goal is to become independent so you can rent equipment and practice on your own. It is awesome fun and our instructors are some of the very best!
